Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026 · These Terms apply to all VibraApps projects, quotes and care plans.

1. What VibraApps does

VibraApps turns your rough app idea into a real, launched digital product. You describe the idea, we produce a first version scope and package recommendation, a human reviews it and issues a quote, you approve, and we design, build, quality-check and help launch your product.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VibraApps website, intake tools, customer portal and any project we build for you. By submitting a project, accepting a quote, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. First version scope and quotes

The first version scope you see is a recommendation, generated with AI assistance and reviewed by our team. It is not a binding contract until a quote is issued and you approve it.

Your quote states the package, the exact scope version, included features, exclusions, price and any credits or discounts. When you approve a quote it becomes an immutable agreement: the scope and price are locked at that version and cannot be changed retroactively. Any change after approval requires a new quote version.

Quotes may carry an expiry date. An expired quote is no longer payable until we reissue it.

3. Payments

Project fees are one-time payments charged in full at the amount shown in your approved agreement. We never change the price after you approve it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. VibraApps does not store your card number or bank details.

Production begins once Stripe confirms your payment. Until then, no build work is scheduled.

If a payment is refunded or reversed, we may pause production and support on the affected project.

4. Maintenance and care plans

We offer optional recurring plans (Maintenance, Care and Growth) that cover hosting upkeep, minor updates and priority support after delivery.

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; the plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.

Upgrading or downgrading a plan takes effect immediately and the change is prorated.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact details and respond to review requests so production can move forward.

You are responsible for the content, trademarks and materials you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them.

Accounts are personal. Do not share your login or your private project links.

6. Ownership

Once your project is paid in full and delivered, you own the product, its design and the content you supplied.

We retain ownership of our internal tools, starter templates and the VibraApps platform itself, and we may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Reviews, QA and approvals

Production moves through gated stages (design, build, quality assurance, launch). You may be asked to review and approve work at key checkpoints. Once you approve a stage, we proceed to the next; rework of an approved stage may require a change order.

Bugs found within a reasonable period after delivery that are inside the agreed scope will be fixed at no charge. New features or scope changes are quoted separately.

8. Warranties and limits

We build with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial results, app-store approval, or uninterrupted third-party services (payment processors, hosting providers, app stores).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop a project before paying your quote at no cost.

After payment, if either party ends the project, completed work and amounts already paid are handled fairly and case by case; work already delivered remains yours.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the platform, submit unlawful content, or attempt to bypass our systems.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The version in force for a project is the one linked at the time you approve your quote; material changes will be flagged on this page.
